Ad Page Designs
We have two options for ad page designs. Single photo designs and Multi Photo designs.
AD PAGES
The ordering process is as easy!
1) Simply select the type of Pageant Ad design you need by choosing from the styles and options listed below.
Click link for payment. Payment must be made before design is started!
2) Return to this page and CUT AND PASTE the Pageant Ad Design Information, which you will also find below.
Email to crowningglorygraphicdesigns@gmail.com with name and title in subject!
3) Finally, after completing the 2 steps described above, please
e-mail your photo/s (in hi-res only) to:

PLEASE NOTE: All 3 steps must be completed before we can start designing your ad page.
To place more than a single ad order, simply please follow the same steps multiple times. Mix ad styles as needed

Full Color Pageant Ad design & Lay-Out with a single photo of your choosing + your text.
STANDARD
(Design time: normally 4 days or less) | $55
RUSH - Need In 48 hours or less
(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) | $70
RUSH - Need in LESS THAN 24 hrs. or on WEEKENDS
(SAME DAY FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM EST) - $90
Color Multi Photos
Full Color Pageant Ad design & Lay-Out with up to 4 photos of your own choosing.
STANDARD
(Design time: normally 5 days or less) | $65
RUSH - Need In 48 hours or less
(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) | $80
RUSH - Need in LESS THAN 24 hrs. or on WEEKENDS
(SAME DAY FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM EST) - $100

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE
Orders described as "STANDARD" above will be fulfilled in approximately 4 BUSINESS days, except for MULTI-PHOTO ad pages, which will be fulfilled in 5 BUSINESS days instead. In either case, this does not include weekends nor holidays.
Please select any of our "RUSH" delivery options if the above will not allow you to meet a specific deadline.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
By submitting your photo/s of choice via e-mail to us, you authorize us to use said photo/s for the purposes of creating your ad page. You also assume full responsibility for the use of the photo/s. We assume that the photo/s have been purchased by you from your photographer or photography business of choice. We also assume that by submitting the photo/s to us, you have previously received and signed the proper Release Form (provided to you by said business) that allows you to use the photo/s in any way you choose. We are not responsible nor liable for the misuse of the photo/s on your part in any way, shape or form. We will of course give full and proper credit to the photographer of your choice, as indicated by you when you fill out the form above. If the "Photographer Credit" line is left empty by you in the form above, we also assume you have full ownership of said photo/s and are free to use it/them in any way, shape or form.
THE FINE PRINT:
Please note: All pageant ad design payments are due in advance. Please get in touch for payment details for program book design.
We gladly accept PayPal. You can pay with your own credit card as well, THROUGH PayPal. Sorry, NO personal checks accepted at this point.
All lay-outs and designs on this site are the property of CROWNING GLORY GRAPHIC DESIGNS and should NOT be used without OUR explicit consent.
By hiring us to design your ad/s you consent to allow us to post a copy of your ad/s (in its/their final form, after it/they has/have been approved by you) on our website and/or Facebook page, simply for illustration purposes.
Refunds: All orders are considered final. No refunds after an order is placed in full and all files (photo/s and ad form) are submitted and processed by us.
